Social Impact Loans are large loans for affordable and supportive housing developers, registered charities, and social enterprises. These loans allow the Foundation’s unrestricted assets to create positive change in the community on a large scale.
Allows qualified donees to share their for funding needs directly with London Community Foundation fundholders.
Large, multi-year grants that support innovative or system-changing programs that have a transformative impact.
Supports initiatives that benefit youth in London, Middlesex County, or the neighbouring First Nations.
Recognizing the impact made by volunteers and their organizations who serve children and/or youth.
Presented to a student who exhibits outstanding service to and is actively involved in leadership activities in their community.
Since its inception in 2012, the Social Impact Fund has unlocked the Foundation’s assets in order to create positive change in the community by providing loans to social enterprises and affordable housing projects.

One-hour drop-in sessions are held in the London Community Foundation Boardroom once a week between November and April, when most of our programs are accepting applications. Dates and times will be confirmed later in 2026.
